Called with a weekend emergency (of course). Everyone was very understanding and empathetic. The tech arrived quickly. He snaked my main pipe and found it was the main sewer not my pipe (good to know it is clean). He called the town and gave me all pertinent info to follow up. I’d recommend!

The plumber they sent was really nice, but did not make up how the company made me feel and how they over inflated the scope of the project and cost. Unfortunately the price quoted was far above the cost of the project. I had on leak on drain pipe in the basement for the sink going into the main drain. I had to do a temp patch job till we can have servoce done. Mr Rooter quoted me 1,500 dollar for the repair which in my opinion was high. Afterwords I felt a little force to have to put half down on the payment to lock in an appointment for the fix the next day. So this part my fault but at this point I paid just to make an appointment. What I really wanted to do was throw the company out with the absurd prise. After Mr. Rooter left I we had a call from another plumber from Angie list. They took a look at the project and quoted me 400 dollars. I accepted the new plumber offer and called Mr. Rooter back to cancle and get my money back. This was within 1 hour of just paying Mr. Rooter. I was told they will look into the matter. It took 2 additional phone calls and my bank involved just to get the call canceled and my money back minus the quoting fee. Which I think is a joke. You change me a fee to come out then quote me for a job 3 times more the cost to fix. I know their inflation but $1,500 vs $400 is a joke. The best part is the next day I get an email from Mr Rooter that it's time for my annual inspection and now get spam email from them. I guess that's why I paid the quoting fee so I can get Mr. Rooter email spam. Minus the nice plumber; I had a terrible experience through Mr. Rooter

Ray Robinson was our tech. He was very nice and very helpful. He worked through the very cold temp (8degrees F with a wind chill of -8). They were able to get out to us in less than 24hrs even though it was a weekend. Thank you so much for everything!

I was caught in a difficult situation where my bathroom Faucet change went practically smooth but the water line underneath the sink started spewing BEHIND the shut off valve. With it freezing outside. I was wondering what to do to shut off the main valve or what since the main line could freeze so I let the water run a little bit. and had to collect the leak gradually with a rigged plastic bag stream into a oil pan. Anyway, Kevin came out immediately and didn't leave us hanging only to save the day/night. A very costly temporary fix but helped out tremendously!!!! Well worth $200. Make sure to be honest with your reviews. I called for help 10-15 times other recommended Plumbers of this area and none of them gave a Sh!T. But these guys did and Practically saved my household a ton of turmoil if it weren't able to be attended to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

I called Mr. Rooter in the middle of the night and they had a messaging service where I could leave a message. I was contacted first thing in the morning and an appointment set that same day. Communication was easy and work done quickly. Thanks!

UPDATE: This company has TOP KNOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After learning that our issue had not been resolved during the first visit and we were left frustrated, they contacted us immediately. Brandon listened to everything we had been experiencing and was able to tell me within the first few minutes our vent was vapor locked. He set out to find out where, why and resolved it with much diligence. This old building definitely made it challenging for him, as he was here for a little over 3 hours to ensure it was resolved. He made sure to touch base frequently on were he was in the process, what he had found, and what our options were. Thank you Mr. Rooter & Brandon for stepping up and making things right. While our first visit was not a terrible experience, we appreciate you sending Brandon out today. He went above and beyond today. We are now functional with a defined action item. While they were the only company available to assess a commercial property same day, and the person seemed knowledgeable and very polite, I was slightly frustrated that he did not take my concern for what was wrong into consideration until after he has done specific troubleshooting. He did confirm our septic was not clogged, but left without confirming what was actually wrong, just a guestimation. I am still dealing with issue two days later.

Commercial property owner. I called 3 different services on a Friday at 4:30 pm. Mr. Rooter was only one willing to come right out. Kevin was competent, friendly, communicated well, and shared many bits of information during the process. Price was spot on and I highly recommend Kevin & Mr. Rooter.
